Booking confirmation,
payment and cancellation policies
Reservation
and payment:
For Confirmation: 25% as first deposit, 25% second deposit, 180 days
prior the program’s departure: 50%, 3rd and last deposit: 30 days
prior the program’s departure.
For bookings made with ninety days of anticipation, we’ll consider:
The 50% as 1st payment when confirming the program, and the remaining
50% to be paid 30 days prior the tour’s departure.
Cancellation:
• 70 days before the program: WITHOUT PENALTY
• 69-45 days before the program: 25% of penalty
• 44-32 days before the program: 50% of penalty
• 31 days or less: 100% of penalty.
